Residents enjoy delicious home-prepared meals, enriching activities, and compassionate care—all just minutes away from shopping, dining, and premier healthcare services. Orlando East – New Residential Development

We’re excited to announce a new residential facility on East Colonial Drive, just 8 minutes from Alafaya Trail. This 0.70-acre home will house eight residents, offering premium care with dedicated professional support.

We’re excited to announce the acquisition of nearly an acre of serene commercial space in Deltona—a quiet, nature-filled setting perfect for our upcoming residence. This new building will provide a welcoming home for up to 30 residents, where they can enjoy spacious living, lush surroundings, and the exceptional care that defines Sunset Cottage.

Designed with comfort and tranquility in mind, this community will be a place where your loved ones can thrive, surrounded by personalized attention and a peaceful atmosphere.
